Campaign against blashemy laws

I believe it is now SNP policy to end blasphemy laws in Scotland...
https://www.humanism.scot/what-we-do/news/scrapping-scotlands-blasphemy-law-becomes-snp-policy/

From a BBC article, "In 1922 [the last person prosecuted for blasphemy] was sentenced to nine months' hard labour for comparing Jesus with a circus clown. In Scotland, there has not been a public prosecution since 1843."
In England, I think blasphemy law only applied regarding the Church of England's rulings and opinions. I haven't heard of a prosecution in the UK for blasphemy against any other religion. I suppose the CofE used to consider Roman Catholicism a form of blasphemy. Religion is superstitious nonsense.
