It's time for Scotland's schools to reflect the population they serve..

Scotland’s schooling system is still linked to a historical picture of Scotland as a Christian nation. All mainstream schools – including non-denominational schools – in Scotland have an element of faith based ethos or learning environment with a special place reserved for Christianity.

Humanist Society Scotland think headteachers and parents should have the right to adopt a non-religious Community Schools model which requires no religious worship during the school year and is open and inclusive to families of all faiths and none. Fnd out more on the campaign at
